This policy explains what data the app 100 Metros GO! (package com.charliegames.juegocarreras100metros), developed by Charlie’s Games Entertainment ("we", "us"), processes, why, and what your rights are. By using the game you accept this policy.

2. Data stored on your device
The game stores on your phone the runner name you choose, your country/flag, your runner's look and colors, your records, statistics, unlocked championships and settings (sound, camera, language). If you are signed in to Google Play Games, a copy of your progress is also saved in the Google Play Games cloud (saved games) so you don't lose it when you change phones. Data on your phone is deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its data in Android settings.
3. Third-party services
We do not sell your data and we have no servers of our own collecting it. The game uses these services, which process data under their own policies:
| Service | Purpose | Data it may process |

| Unity Gaming Services · Authentication | Creating your online player account. If you are signed in to Google Play Games, the account is linked to it so you keep your friends when you reinstall or change phones. | A player identifier, your Google Play Games identifier (if linked), an account name based on your runner name, IP address and device technical data. |
| Unity Gaming Services · Multiplayer | Matching you with other players, private rooms with friends and rematches. | Player identifier, IP address and connection technical data. During an online race, other players see your runner name, flag and look. |
| Unity Gaming Services · Friends | Your friends list: friend requests, seeing who is online and inviting your friends to private races. | Your friends and requests, your status (online / last seen) and, for your friends, your runner name, country and best time. Race invitations are messages containing the room code. |

4. Public profile, friends and invitations
When you use online mode, any player of the game can see in the Players tab your runner name, country, best time and whether you are online or when you were last seen, and send you a friend request. Only people who accept your friendship can invite you to a private race, and you can only invite yours. Choose a runner name that does not reveal personal information (for example, your full name). There is no chat or free-text messaging between players.
5. Deleting your account and online data
You can delete your online account at any time from the game itself: Menu → Settings → "Delete my online data". This removes your player account, your public profile from the player list, your friends list and your requests, and your phone is unlinked from invitation notifications. Your progress on the phone (runner, records, statistics) is not deleted; if you play online again, a new account will be created. You can also request deletion by emailing meetsinglesnear@gmail.com with the subject "Delete account 100 Metros GO" and your runner name; we will do it within 30 days. Google Play Games scores, achievements and saved games are managed and deleted from the Google Play Games app.
6. Advertising and your choices
Ads may be personalized based on your interests. You can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of personalization in Android Settings → Google → Ads. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you will be asked for consent before data is used for personalized ads.
7. Sharing
If you use the share option (screenshots, a room code or the game link), the game opens the Android share menu with the image or text you choose. We do not receive that content; you decide which app to share it with.
8. Legal basis and retention
We process data to provide the service you request (playing, online play, friends and leaderboards) and, for personalized ads, based on your consent. Data stored on your phone is kept while the game is installed. Your online account, public profile and friends are kept until you delete them (section 5); third-party data is kept according to their policies.

The game is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
